The Jaromer - Trutnov line doesn't serve the town of Nachod directly but there are frequent connecting services from Starkoc. 754 030 was drawing to a halt at Starkoc with Sp1782, the late running 12:04 Hradec Kralove - Trutnov semi-fast, when it was photographed on 1 October 2007. The class 810 railbus forming the connection to Nachod can be seen on the right.
