Unloading Point
Trains used to run all the way from the coal face to the washery. For the last few years of the pit's life they went less than halfway to the top where coal was unloaded and taken to the washery by a conveyor. SY 0471 and SY 1286 are seen at the unloading point on 09 March 2005.camera : Nikon D70
