Late Freight
A late running 16:20 freight from Daban powered through Gulumanhan on 3 September 2005 with QJ 7063 and QJ 7002 in charge. During our stay in the area there was often an optimally timed afternoon freight from Daban but it invariably ran late, failing to reach Gulumanhan before the sun dropped behind the hills and the local mosquitos came out to prey on waiting gricers.
